All crystal sales are final, no Returns or Exchanges are permitted.  If you believe an item which you purchased has arrived damaged, you must contact Mystic Journey Crystals by email to info@mysticjourneyla.com within 72 hours of the delivery of the item to make a claim for a refund.  Mystic Journey Crystals will then contact you to discuss your claim.  If you do not hear from us within 48 hours of the time you emailed, then you must contact us at 310-314-0025.
