Wholistic Modalities to Therapeutically Manage Stress and Anxious Mood

Get a head start on how to manage stress and anxious mood before the holidays and work deadlines approach. This workshop will incorporate a brief meditation and information about utilizing healthy coping skills to manage stress and anxious mood. You will leave this workshop with effective coping skills to combat stress and anxious mood.


I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling from Loyola Marymount University and have acquired my certification in Reiki, Mindfulness, and Intercultural Competency. I specialize working with clients that experience sadness, anxious mood, and trauma.

I am passionate about helping others due to my my personal experiences of depression, anxiety, and trauma. However, I have truly learned to grow and flourish into my own light within that process. That is why I would like to help you do the same, because I know how tough the healing journey can be. I choose to use my gifts by teaching positive coping skills, mindfulness techniques, and tailored self-care strategies while incorporating spirituality to help people be the best version of themselves. I love to collaborate with people in order to make a positive difference in the world.
