About Ashley

Ashley is passionate about motivating women to rise and embrace the true meaning of self-love while feeling empowered, due to her personal experiences of depression, anxiety, and trauma. However, she has truly learned to grow and flourish into her own light within that process. Ashley specializes in working with clients that experience sadness, anxious mood, and trauma. She holds a Master's Degree in Counseling from Loyola Marymount University and has acquired a certification in Reiki, Mindfulness, Yoga, and Intercultural Competency.
