Austyn’s focus is balance and harmony. In this yin/yang class, you will experience a balance of meditation, movement and strength training (yang), and slower, grounding deep stretching (yin). This yoga flow is designed to improve the radiant body, as well as the quality and flow of personal energy. Austyn also incorporates breath-work, the six healing sounds, uplifting music, and hands-on support.
